Abstract

We are glad that you and the scientific community are patronizing our Journal. The University of Lagos Journal of Basic Medical Sciences is the official Journal of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Lagos, Nigeria. It is independent and peer-reviewed. After the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and the limitations of lockdown, science continues to grow as each challenge provides opportunity for experimentation with other or alternate paradigms. Our Journal will endeavor to sustain a platform for the dissemination of the outcomes of the various research activities. We are publishing on the web platform of the internet. Please join us at https://jbms.unilag.ng. We welcome your manuscripts on all aspects of the medical science. Our dedicated reviewers ensure that a seamless and timely peer review is carried out. Our publication charges are minimal and will not strain your budget. We have successfully uploaded all back copies of the Journal to the website to make for easy searching.
